This home holds decades of memories. Our clients raised three children here, and now, as they step into retirement and welcome their first grandchild, it felt like the right time to begin a new chapter.

While the home already had beautiful bones and thoughtfully selected pieces from its original design over 20 years ago, it was ready for a refresh that would lighten and modernize the overall feel.

We began by refinishing the existing floors, repainting throughout, and updating all lighting to instantly elevate the space. In the kitchen, we refreshed the cabinetry with paint, removed select glass-front doors, and introduced new hardware for a cleaner, more current look. We also consulted on the primary bathroom and laundry room remodel, guiding all finish and fixture selections.

From there, we reimagined the main level with new furnishings and custom drapery throughout the office, dining room, formal living room, kitchen breakfast area, and keeping room, along with a full update to the primary suite.

The goal was a fresh, transitional aesthetic, light, bright, and layered, with a thoughtful balance of modern and traditional elements. The previous Tuscan-inspired palette of rich jewel tones and heavier finishes was reworked into something softer, more timeless, and reflective of how our clients live today.

Every detail was carefully considered, resulting in a home that feels classic, elevated, and ready for the years ahead.
