This basement renovation transformed an unfinished space into a multifunctional retreat complete with a kitchenette, media room, bathroom, gym, and guest bedroom. The clients wanted a cozy, durable, and kid-friendly environment that still felt modern, fun, and like a true escape.

One of our favorite features is the custom acoustic wall covering in the media room...a suede-like material that’s both beautiful and highly functional. Since there wasn’t room for a full dining setup, we added a console table with counter stools behind the sofa to create the perfect spot for snacking and serving food during movie nights.

The kitchenette shines with its pop of green cabinetry and handmade zellige tile. We also love the bold accent wall in the guest bedroom, and the bathroom’s herringbone shower paired with patterned floor tile brings a playful, elevated touch to the space.
