A Home Tailored to Every Family Member

Project Rose Hill was a special one for us — a whole-home renovation in one of Cumming's most sought-after neighborhoods, and a project that let us design for every person under one roof. Our scope covered a complete renovation of the kitchen, laundry room, primary bath, and two secondary baths, plus furnishing and designing the primary bedroom.

We leaned into bold black kitchen cabinetry paired with a dramatic slab backsplash, a combination that felt right at home against the natural light pouring through the space. The laundry room was our chance to have a little fun — playful pattern and personality throughout — while the primary suite was designed as a calming, spa-inspired retreat for our clients to unwind in.

The two secondary bathrooms were each designed with their occupants in mind: classic where it needed to be, playful where it could be, and unmistakably theirs. Every space in this home was thoughtfully tailored to the person who uses it, and the result feels both cohesive as a whole and deeply personal room by room. We loved every minute of this one, and we're already looking forward to Phase II — a living room transformation we hope is just around the corner.
