This two-level remodel included cosmetic updates, opening a few walls, refinishing the floors, and adding new lighting and paint throughout. The biggest transformations came with the kitchen renovation and the primary bathroom. Additional updates were made to the powder room, mudroom entry, scullery, and laundry room (not pictured).
The kitchen, originally an oversized and awkward layout with a hexagonal island set at an angle, was completely reimagined. We streamlined the design to maximize flow and function. Our client wanted a look that felt classic and neutral, but not white. We chose Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter for the perimeter cabinets, paired with a white oak island finished in Rubio Monocoat stain. A textured Zellige backsplash and polished quartz countertops complete the space, while a stunning custom brass chandelier serves as the showpiece.
In the mudroom, we introduced one of our favorite moody hues, Sherwin-Williams Homberg Gray, to add warmth and depth. The primary bathroom also received a dramatic upgrade, featuring custom white oak cabinetry with a built-in linen closet and brass accents. A terracotta tile floor grounds the space, while the timeless shower design, finished with classic neutrals and French glass doors, adds a touch of elegance.
