A New Chapter, Downtown

This Downtown Alpharetta project was for longtime clients who recently downsized their primary residence to be closer to the energy, restaurants, and walkability of downtown living. The renovation scope was modest, but a few strategic updates made a big impact throughout the home.

In the kitchen, we replaced the island countertops with a more dynamic stone and added a waterfall edge detail for a bit of drama. An underutilized coffee bar was transformed into a moody wine bar, complete with deep red cabinetry that quickly became a focal point of the home. Fresh paint and thoughtfully selected wallpaper added personality and depth throughout the key spaces.

We also fully furnished the home, including the primary suite, two guest bedrooms, living and dining areas, and a multifunctional basement retreat. Designed around the homeowners' love of music, the basement functions as an office, record-listening lounge, and entertaining space all in one. Moody wall colors, bold wallpaper, a chocolate velvet sectional, statement lighting, signed music memorabilia, and oversized black-and-white musician photography come together for a sophisticated rock-and-roll vibe that feels both personal and timeless, perfectly reflecting this exciting new chapter in their lives.
